Tickets for the banquet may be purchased in advance or at the door for $20 each. However, we would greatly appreciate the purchase of tickets in advance in order to make appropriate plans for the meal provided. To purchase tickets to the banquet and/or to make a sponsorship, use the form below. Your tickets will be emailed to you upon purchase. In addition, a list of individuals who purchase tickets online will be available at the door the night of the banquet. We greatly appreciate your attendance and sponsorship! Attire for the banquet is dressy casual.
